The courtroom was a big White room with Green chairs. On the left side, there were chairs for the public and on the right side, chairs for the reporters. In the middle of the room, there were two desks for the soliciters. In front of them, there was the judge sitting behind a big desk. Next to the judge, there were other chairs for the jury.
To continue, the case was about a teacher, that many years ago, raped a student. Furthermore, the student was a victim of bullying, the teacher offered him protection in exchange of sexual acts. Even though this case began on April of the previous year, it continues as the police need to interview the other students. However, they were not sure about what the boy said as he didn´t demand at the moment; he waited too much time so they didn´t know if he was lying or not.
We think that the accused was an old man who was locked in a room, but he wasn´t called to the court, therefore, we couldn´t see his reactions while the judge was reading the evidences.
We think that he is guilty and we would send him down for forty years.
